Large or small, individual or organization, three problems are common to all: Rudderless, Blind and Unfocused. "Rudderless" is a lack of clarity about purpose, direction, strategy and goals. Our technology and tools help develop clarity and focus about what you want to achieve and, ultimately, critical actions to help you get there. Developing clear desired end results is something few do well, let alone master, which leads to so many that are confused, overwhelmed and Rudderless.

"Blind" is often downplayed or overlooked because of a tendency to operate with assumptions, opinions, and guesses instead of facts. When facts are not seen or, worse, ignored, you are not operating in current reality. Without current reality you are "Blind" about how things really are. When reality is not seen, you tend to believe the situation is better or worse than it really is. Just as much effort must be placed on clarity of current reality as is placed on clarity of the desired future result.

And, finally, "Unfocused" actions often dominate what is done on a daily basis. Obviously, not knowing where we want to go and where we are, produces "Unfocused" actions, reacting and responding to crises, "fighting fires." Unfocused actions also occur by not maintaining discipline and clarity about where you want to go and where you currently are. Clarity about what we want to achieve and where we are allows coordinated focused activities.
