Our Guarantee

The TrimTab Guarantee is very simple. If you do not get the value YOU WANT from the work we do, MARK THE INVOICE DOWN or DO NOT PAY AT ALL. We are not asking our clients to pay us for TRYING to help them! How simple can it get?

We are in business to help our clients achieve the results they want. If a client is not getting the desired results, why should we be paid? For TrimTab it only makes sense to do business this way. We believe our clients have the right to pay us for the value they did receive. This means our clients can pay us anything from $0 to the full invoice amount - it's their choice.

Now that makes it easier to do business, right? Either you get what you wanted from us or you do not. If not, then decide what it was worth and pay that amount OR pay nothing. In fact, how nice would it be if all businesses took this approach?

EXCEPTION: Of course, one thing this does mean is that we are SELECTIVE about the businesses and individuals we serve. We will not take on just anybody or any business. If we agree to accept you as a client, it means we like what you are doing and believe we can help you create the results you want.
